INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES

I am a keen sportsman and enjoy the competition that sport entails. At the present time I am a member of the University Squash Team and President of the Sky Diving Club. I enjoy the social aspects of teamwork involved and also feel that it unwinds me ready for the new week.

I have been involved in the scouting movement since the age of six and have seen it through to the present day participating in events when ever I can. Throughout this time I have enjoyed the responsibility it has taught me. Some examples of this is organising and running several camps for twenty scouts, and organising my Chief Scouts Challenge. I also took part in Beaver leadership training, which I found hard but informative.

As a technically minded person I enjoy playing with computers and machines as I have a great interest of how they work and how to get them to do what you want. I therefore have a good working knowledge of a wide range of software including Microsoft Office and Lotus Applications.
